1. Add and select a block

Insert a block, then click it on the canvas (or its row in the Navigator) so it is selected.

2. Open Block Editor

In the right rail, open Block Editor. Use Settings for content fields and Design for tokens and layout.

3. Page Settings and History

Page Settings edits page-level options without selecting a block. History shows recent versions.
